this workaround?http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1681070

directly ,
not from a patch.
I''m getting errors on both language
manager and when i try to create subsites.
I
have answered your sourceforge bug tracker items; however your
issues are not related to lictnet's

From http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1688344
&... Quote: I fear
that you have compromised your Drake CMS v0.3.6 installation.
Luckly with more recent versions such troubles when
updating are less likely to happen.
Do you still have
an SQL backup? If not:
install (also locally)
v0.3.6 copy the /private/drake/ folder from remote
to the new v0.3.6 location make an SQL
backup install (remotely) v0.3.7 from the ground
up (first save all your files in images/ and private/downloads if
any) restore the backup

Hi, thanks for the support. Did a total clean install on remote
server and all went ok. Not sure why it came up with errors in
the first place! Thanks

That usually happens when the update process does not finis -
leaving you with a half-updated Drake CMS Nice
to know you could finally install it!
