Disclaimer of Warranties

The Drake Team (TDT) and its affiliates, licensors, partners, suppliers, consultants and agents ("TDT Entities") disclaim any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or Content displayed on the The Drake CMS website and The Drake CMS product  (The Service). The TDT Entities disclaim any and all responsibility and liability for your conduct and use and for the conduct and use of others using the Service.

THE SERVICE, AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INFORMATION OR CONTENT OBTAINED OR ACCESSED THROUGH THE SERVICE), PRODUCTS AND SERVICES INCLUDED THEREIN ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITH NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. Hold Harmless and Indemnity

Privacy Statement

We are committed to the privacy of our visitors. We collect no personal information about you when you visit our Web site unless you choose to provide that information to us.

Here is how we handle information about your visit to our Web site.

Information collected and stored automatically

If you do nothing during your visit but browse through the Web site, read pages, or download information, we will gather and store certain information about your visit automatically. We respect your privacy and DO NOT sell, share or exchange any information of yours to any third party, unless explicitly agreed and anyway NOT for information trade/advertising purposes.

Retention of Information

We destroy the information we collect when the purpose for which it was provided has been fulfilled unless we are required to keep it longer by statute or official policy.

Also, Drake CMS official website is not responsible for the privacy practices employed by other web sites that may link to the Drake CMS official web site.

Cookies

“Cookies” are small bits of text that are either used for the duration of a session (“session cookies”) or saved on a user’s hard drive in order to identify that user, or information about that user, the next time the user logs on the a Web site (“persistent cookies”). This Web site does not use persistent cookies or any other persistent tracking technology.

Currently, we are using session cookies to allow usage of PHP applications/services. Drake CMS official website does not retain any information collected by these session cookies. Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of a session, that is, when you close your browser.

Free usage of the brand logo

The Drake CMS logo is NOT copyright free. It is important to maintain the integrity of the logo as it was originally designed; we ask that anyone considering use of the logo keep the following guidelines in mind:

  • the logo should mantain its original color, only variations against white and blue are allowed
  • scaling must preserve the original proportions of the logo
  • additional text may not be added in such a way that it appears to be part of the logo itself
  • the logo may not be modified in any way except for those mentioned above

Permission is granted to use the logo, subject to the above guidelines on any web site or open source product.

Commercial usage of the brand logo

If you wish to use the logo on any commercial product then your usage must first be approved by The Drake Team, which holds the commercial rights inherent to the Drake CMS logo exploitation.
