Diiferent problems (RSS, Email, replys, Moderator rights)
13 September 2007 20:23
Anonymous Hi,

I have some problems with this Website:

- I got the email notification, but it was just blank..
Blank Mail (Screenhot)
- I can't make a reply to an post, I click on reply and nothing happens

- Rss Feeds aren't still working (not so important)

- I have got moderator rights here in the forum, that means, I can make the following things:
-Sticky/unsticky
-Close/open
-Move

This is important to fix or do I only have mod rights?

Regards,
Siedlerchr

Lucky you winkBeing seriously, I think there are some problems with migration from an old version of Drake CMS installed, to a new one. Syndicate feeds doesn't work for me as well, but as you can see I can quote somebody else, probably reply also. Moreover, there is a possibility to change language to italian, but:
1) The flag representing Italy doesn't show up (link broken/missing?)
2) After 'changing' language to italian, it also doesn't take any effect (still english site)

Anonymous Yes, I can reply, but I can't edit my own posts. BTW: In 'General discussion' the latest (13 September 2007 21:07) topic: First upgrade impessions v0.4.6, has got 110 Replies, and 24 Views. Some kind of a bug, I guess.

Hi,

I have some problems with this Website:

Sorry for the misfunctional behaviour - I update the website with a modified RC1 which should not have caused major issues...it did. dizzy

Blank Mail (Screenhot)

That has been fixed - it was an SF.net-related issue

- I can't make a reply to an post, I click on reply and nothing happens

I can't verify this...is it still happening?

Another SF.net host related issue..it's fixed now

This is important to fix or do I only have mod rights?

Does it work anywhere or only in your section? If it works in your section is OK, since you are the designed moderator

It was only a glitch, as the incomplete folder was automatically added by the documentation update

Anonymous The left issues are related to forums, I will probably rewrite the acces handling code for the next RC2 so that all editing features will be more stable

Thanks for reporting the issues!

Anonymous Now forum deletion is already safe.

I will then concentrate on the moderators rights, and I might ask your help to test the features - thanks! cheerful

Anonymous The reply is fixed, I can answer to every post...

And this moderator options are only at my posts, thy appear only at my posts.
In every Subforum, I think..

I tested the thinks (as you can seee, this topic is sticky, I have done this for testing cooland when I click on move, I become asked to which forum I want to move the topic and also sticky/unsticky works, I have tested it )

so, I don't know either I'm the only one who can do this or I'm a moderator..

No, I don't want to argue you... coolBut I dont't want to loose my rights... tongue
PS: The German Translation of unsticky/sticky should be imrpoved.
I think "Als wichtig markieren! / "Markierung aufheben" sounds better than "Fixierung aufheben"

Anonymous Well, I don't know:

These are the things I could
do, these are only displayed, when I started the topic and they are only shown at my posts:

Screenshot
It will be interesting, If I am the only one who can do this.

There really should be an edit function, to edit ones posts.

blushMmh..yes you can see them because you are a moderator, but you should not see them because you are not moderator of this forum...there's still a lot to do in the forums security I guess.

Thanks for reporting us
