How can I put an image in my profile like you did? There is
not field for it in edit profile!

Yes it is there, click on your name here in the forums,
you will see a link that says "Edit User Profile",
voila, pick a piccy...sorry no custom avatars at this time...oh,
and you must be logged in

I was looking in "Edit user profile" from
User menu...

I had the same problems.. I think it would be better to
embed this in the "Edit user profile."

Drake CMS
can work without the forums component, and actually the forum
profile is not created before the first user's post, so this
integration (even if might be useful) cannot be accomplished for
now.
When Drake CMS will be fully object-oriented, it
will be a matter of minutes to correctly implement the
feature. The user component will offer the extension
capability to the other active components that will then be able
to add other fields
