I deleted a module without thinking...

Anonymous I didn´t want to have the registrationlink in the mainmenu, so I deleted the whole module... I hoped so you can register about the login-function...but as the whole module is missing this brings users to an error, which makes sense.
Is there any way to bring just this module back in to my cms?

Did you uninstall the module or just delete the Main Menu instance...

If you just deleted the Main Menu instance then you can recreate it by creating a new instance.
