30 October 2007 14:05
Anonymous I installed v0.4.7 Beta RC3 r4540 a later on installed a tarball into the http server' www directory.

The website is there and all the information is ok. The major problem is that I cannot modify any article, when I try it I get this error:
::/admin.php(83): require(string[+45] = "::/admin\components\content\admin.content.php")
::/admin\components\content\admin.content.php(142): edit_items(integer = 2, integer = 1)W:\www\admin\components\content\admin.content.html.php(255): E8 Use of undefined constant _A_CONTENT_AUTO_FILL - assumed '_A_CONTENT_AUTO_FILL'

Please help me!!! I need to update some pages urgently in my intranet.

Thank you in admvance for your asistance.

Anonymous You did not report the full error dump in our bug tracker...

Are you sure that this is happening with the English language files?
Most probably it's happening with your local translation and a repair should temporarily fix it

Language files are NOT backward/forward compatible for obvious reasons

Anonymous Thank you Legolas for your prompt response. Indeed it was a language issue. I had installed my spanish translation and since visitors were still getting english titles until they login I decided to delete the english language and left only spanish.

I have restored the english language and everything is fine again. How can I, then, let visitors see spanish instead of english? I have shoseen spanish in the global configuration locale and it didn't do the trick. What next?

Anonymous If their browser is English, they will always see English. Did you repair the Spanish language resources? If yes you could remove the "en" folder (although it is highly unrecommended)

Anonymous I repaired the Spanish language and then replaced the englsh directory "en" with my spanish version "do" and everything is in spanish now. The only thing I have not been albe to chage is the dates. I changed the Calendar.js file but no luck there.

Can somebody tell me how to change the months and days so they appear in the my language?

Those are generated through PHP, can you check if the server has the locales and/or the proper functions available?

P.S. is the Dominican translation shared and/or updated?
