How do you upload/select atvars?

Anonymous I noticed some folks here have atvars but there doesn't seem to be that option in the "Edit User Profile" section of this web site.

Anonymous When logged in click on your name in the Forums...

Select the items you wish to change etc...

Anonymous Custom avatars are not allowed on this official Drake CMS website.
