Backup feature

Anonymous The backup feature has been re-implemented!

For now some deep testing is needed over the following areas:

  1. com_system->backup, backups differences from database to database have to be verified

  2. com_subsites, is the database correctly cloned?

  3. com_config, the move database subfeature is not verified at all

All these items rely on the DbBackup class which has recently been renewed; I ask testers to begin a deep testing stage cool
