I want to translate Drake into Chinese. Can I become a member of

Unfortunately the translation task for
Simplified Chinese has already been assigned to user
"bd5rv", I will contact him and if he does not want to continue I
will assign it to you.

P.S. the translator component has
some bug, the next v0.3.3 beta will be fixed for that
