I installed the Beta 0.3.0 version. The forum component does

This is still at Beta stage, Forum was removed until bug issues
with it are resolved... aka trex1512

The forum component will be automatically installed with the
v0.3.3 Beta release.
Unfortunately the online update
is not yet available due to SourceForge technical reasons, as
soon as they fix their servers it will be available (so you will
not need to re-install Drake CMS to have v0.3.3)
